Day 12B
I left around 1pm and headed to my next campground near Newport Oregon to South Beach to go camping with my Rialta friends. It’s so great that they always invite me to come. (I had a Rialta for 6 years) Now I have a Rialta on steroids.(Roadtrek). The campground wasn’t too far away from where we had lunch. I got there early enough drove around the park to see who was there and then headed to my campsite. I parked and set up camp.

Day 13
Oh my gosh, I didn’t realize that C 29 and most of those sites around it were right by the kids playground. What a mistake I made. The showers are nice. Instant on hot water and plenty of hooks.
The sites have electric and water. There’s a dump station not far away. It’s located as you go out and to the left of the guard building. Cell phone service is pretty good. I have three bars here at my campsite. Well it’s 7 PM so it’s a little cool outside, but it feels great. I fixed me another cup of coffee sat at the table for a bit and then headed inside.

Day 14
It rained today I went outside to get things before they got wet and soaked. Now I smell like a wet dog. LOL at least things are inside and I and I covered my scooter up so I hope it doesn’t rain tomorrow. I stayed inside mostly watching videos and trying to catch up on some reading and trying to catch up on this website. They have activities going on today, but I chose not to even try and make it over there. It was too far and didn’t want to get soaked again

Day 15
I got up this morning and it looks nice outside. Got my coffee of course sat outside. Hung my car out to dry as it had gotten soaked yesterday in the rain. I got my garbage together so I could take it out when I went to the pavilion for activities for the potluck.
I can’t believe there’s only one garbage dump area in this whole park. The park is so huge. I would think they would at least have two I do however love the park. It’s so close to the ocean. You can walk over there and through the dunes and take a picnic lunch if you wish.
I also enjoy being with my Rialta friend thank you, Linda for always inviting me.

Day 17
When I got up this morning, it was so beautiful outside. I really hated to leave. I got my coffee and then headed out to finish checking around and unplugging. I found some wood by the outdoor fireplace that somebody had left me so I loaded it into the basket in the back. As I was leaving at the park, I stopped to get ice and dump my trash and went to get in line for the sewer dump. There’s only one garbage can in the whole park. I can’t believe that the park is huge.
There was only one guy in front of me once she finished. I went ahead and set up to dump the tanks.
Once I had finished there, I dumping the tanks. I headed to my next stop four hours and 23 minutes away going from Oregon to Washington. WoW! The traffic was crazy in Portland. I stopped to get gas and I called the Park to let them know that I would be running late no problem. My information would be in the mailbox. I finally arrived about seven or a bit after set up and headed to bed. It was a long day for me.
